Please join the ACRL/NY User Experience Discussion Group for a discussion on Usability guidelines for Library Web Sites and beyond!

Rebecca Hyams, Assistant Professor and Web and Systems Librarian at the Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC), CUNY, will discuss usability and accessibility guidelines when designing library web sites and web pages in general and speak about her recent usability study where she is engaged in studying users (in person) in how they use the library’s web site.
